Your QuickDraw^® VISA/ATM card offers a world of convenience that we often take for granted. Remember to keep your card safe and secure. However, if you should lose it, or realize that it has been stolen, please notify us immediately. We will close your card as soon as you call us and order a replacement for you. Letting us know immediately will greatly reduce any loss to you for unauthorized transactions.

At any time, 24 hours a day, even when the Bank is closed, you can report your card missing or stolen at (800) 472-3272.

After reporting the lost or stolen card to us, we recommend that you watch your account for any unauthorized withdrawals or purchases and, again, notify us immediately of these transactions.
